History
The Yukon Denali is a luxury version of the GMC Yukon full-size SUV, offered in both regular and extended-wheelbase versions. The Denali was debuted as a 1999 model, the second-generation was introduced for the 2001 model year and the 2007 model is all-new. The 2007 Yukon Denali is redesigned for 2007 with new exterior styling that further differentiates the Denali from other full-size GM SUVs including the familiar Denali chrome grille, new front and rear fascias, specific headlight design, unique taillights and the use of chrome trim in the front fascia, side moldings, door handles and roof race. The interior of the Denali receives a unique center console design, wood trim and a Denali interior color scheme. The Denali is powered by a 380-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 engine with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
