Motor Works Inc. General Manager Gil Leon is a long established veteran to the engine remanufacturing industry. He works in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager Les Ulrick. Efficient utilization of state-of-the-art equipment combined with tightly monitored internal procedures ensures the finest quality products and engines everyday. Our motto of Working Smarter is part of the momentum that is moving us toward our ISO 9000 certification. Motor Works customers have the added benefit of our extensive efforts spent on Research and Development, which far exceed those of the average remanufacturer.
We attribute our success in an intensely competitive market to dedication to our employees, persistence of high industry standards, and customer satisfaction. The fact that we use all new components in our engines contributes to our customers' ability to have the utmost confidence in our products. A dedicated sales force plus continued employee education and training are also key elements to our continued success. Constant upgrading of our production machinery is an important factor as well. |
