Description:	We hate getting speakers back as much as you hate pulling your system apart to send back dead or dying components. It’s the reason we spend so much effort to build the best possible product we can. We spare no expense when it comes to durability and performance, we QC production every step of the way, we perform 100% QC on everything we build. All drivers go through three separate full power tests during assembly. This does not make us infallible, and we stand behind our workmanship in the event it causes a failed product. We cover defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Tired of buying that wondergigit and a few months later finding out your wondergigit is now obsolete, out of date and no longer wondrous at all. Technology moves fast these days and when improvements in materials prove themselves to be a benefit in performance we incorporate them into the new models. This improvement process led us into an innovative upgrade program in our studio line designed to keep our customers up to date with the latest technology. We do not wish to leave anyone behind after they have spent their well-earned money. Technology changes, it’s a way of life, either improve or fade away. At DIGITAL DESIGNS we have developed a way to build the best and upgrade our previous customers to the latest and greatest. Since DIGITAL DESIGNS motor structures are precision machined, and they utilize state of the art design and engineering principles, most of the technological improvements are found in what we call the soft parts; cones, coils etc. When significant improvements come along that warrant implementation, we offer an upgrade package. Our construction techniques allow us to change the frame and soft parts while keeping the motor intact. These precision motor assemblies represent a significant portion of the driver cost, which then lets us offer the upgrade at a reasonable cost. The customer receives what is essentially a new speaker but not having to pay for the motor twice.
